1. Prix et Paiement<\/strong>
– Tous les prix affich\u00e9s incluent la TVA.
– Modes de paiement accept\u00e9s : CB (via Paypal) ou \u00e0 la livraison
– Les remboursements sont possibles uniquement pour les erreurs de commande ou les plats non conformes, dans un d\u00e9lai de 24 heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Commandes
<\/strong>– Les commandes peuvent \u00eatre pass\u00e9es en ligne ou par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone au plus tard le mercredi pour le vendredi, le vendredi soir pour le lundi et 48 heures \u00e0 l\u2019avance pour le midi.
– Une confirmation de commande sera envoy\u00e9e par e-mail ou SMS.
– Les modifications de commande doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es dans les 10 minutes suivant la commande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Retrait des Commandes
<\/strong>– Les commandes sont \u00e0 retirer selon les horaires indiqu\u00e9s pour chaque point de livraison<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Qualit\u00e9 et S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Alimentaire
<\/strong>– Tous nos plats respectent les normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire.
– Les allerg\u00e8nes sont clairement indiqu\u00e9s sur chaque plat.\u00a0Veuillez nous informer de toute allergie alimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Responsabilit\u00e9
<\/strong>– Nous ne sommes pas responsables des erreurs de commande apr\u00e8s le retrait.
– En cas de force majeure (conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques, pannes techniques), nous nous r\u00e9servons le droit de modifier ou d’annuler les commandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Donn\u00e9es Personnelles
<\/strong>– Les donn\u00e9es personnelles collect\u00e9es lors de la commande seront utilis\u00e9es uniquement pour la gestion des commandes et ne seront pas partag\u00e9es avec des tiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
